OFFICE POLICIES

Office Hours:
Our office is usually open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am-5pm. We are closed on Thursday and on the weekend.

If you are stopping by to buy remedies, please call first to ensure that the office is open.

Billing :

Full payment for office visits or phone/email consultations is due at the time of service and can be in the form of cash, check or credit card. If possible we prefer checks or cash over credit cards to help keep our costs down. Invoices may be emailed and paid online through your bank or credit card for phone/email consultations.

Cancellations/Missed Appts:

  • New Patient Appointments cancellations or rescheduling  must be made 7 Days  in advance.
  • Established patient changes must be at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment (weekends are not considered business days; ie Monday appointments must be cancelled by the previous Thursday).
  • Charges for late cancellations or missed appointments are $70-$140 depending of type of appointment.

Insurance:

We are an out of Network provider, which means we do not participate with any insurance company. All patients pay at the time of service for their care. If you have a PPO insurance, we will provide you with a form to submit to your insurance company. Click here to read more about tips and ideas on lowering costs with your Insurance. Our practice model allows us to provide you with quality, personalized care without interference from insurers, including being able to offer:

  • Longer, unrushed visits allow us to focus on your unique needs, go over all questions you may have.
  • Customized treatment options including alternative and homeopathic medicine and supplements along with conventional medicine.

Emergency and After Hours Care:

We recommend that our patients maintain a primary care physician for vaccinations, after hours call, emergency and hospital admissions.
